The founder of Chilli Jam.

I started Chilli Jam because I believe in two things deeply: the power of live music, and the need for fair, meaningful opportunities for artists.
As a musician myself, I’ve spent the last eight years working in the industry - releasing my own music, performing live across the world, and writing for other artists, TV and film. But time and time again, I saw how difficult it was for emerging artists to find paid opportunities. Too often, musicians are expected to perform for “exposure” while others profit.
One moment really stuck with me. I performed at a small, sold-out show in London. The organiser made over £5,000 on ticket sales. Me and my band were paid £75 - between three of us. That was the moment I realised something had to change.
At the similar time we were coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic. Speaking with friends who were starting to return to the office - it was clear things had shifted. There was an unspoken demand that offices needed to become more than just a place to go to work. Companies were beginning to focus more intentionally on creating spaces that encouraged creativity, connection, and community.
That’s where the idea for Chilli Jam came in.
I saw a way to bring both challenges together. We could give artists a fresh, fairly paid platform to perform - and help companies reimagine their workplaces as vibrant and community driven spaces through live music.
We launched in 2024, and since then, we’ve had the chance to work with some amazing clients, including Deliveroo and Accenture. Every show we do is tailored to the moment - whether it's part of a wellness initiative, an internal celebration, or a themed event around something like International Women’s Day. We’ve curated all-female lineups, built mental health-focused performances, and worked closely with artists whose stories align with the themes we’re exploring.
At its core, Chilli Jam is about creating magical, intimate live music experiences in unexpected places. We provide everything: sound, lighting, staging, and artist booking. All our artists are paid properly, and we prioritise working with local and underrepresented talent.
Music has a way of cutting through noise - literal and figurative. It brings people together, energises spaces, and offers teams a moment to connect on a level that goes beyond job titles or task lists. It’s not just entertainment; it’s a cultural tool that helps people feel more engaged, more inspired, and more connected.
So if you’re looking to bring something different into your workplace - something creative, meaningful, and memorable - we’d love to bring the jam to you.
Let’s make your workplace sing.
